How the Select Group Works

We understand that your resources are limited. So when you make an investment in a consultant you want to maximize the value of your dollar. At the Alliance, we carefully select every consultant that comes into the ECSG. We choose only the best and brightest; we negotiate discount pricing with each consultant so that it is favorable for all of our members. And remember — if our listing does not include a particular expertise you need or consultant to fit your requirements, simply contact me and we will do our best to find what you need.

When a member contacts the Alliance seeking a referral for a consultant and shares the details of their needs, the Select Group management team considers appropriate consultants and creates a match. The member and consultant then finalize details on their own.

Throughout a project, the Alliance team continues to play a pivotal role, keeping in touch with both parties to ensure the project is proceeding as desired, that everyone is satisfied and fully served, identifying any issues that might arise, and keeping the project on track. Later, the team follows up with both sides and conducts a thorough evaluation of the project, its success, degree of mutual satisfaction, and lessons learned.
